Research On The Value And Its Evaluation Of Environment Resource

Since a long time ago, our human have been using resource and services provided by nature gratuitously. However, with the development of human society, especially economic globalization, environment pollution and shortage of resources, the rarity of resources gradually draws our attention. Although, people has brought forward environment resource values ever since 1960's, and fundamentally changed traditional point of view, it's difficult to know well enough about environment resource values and evaluate environment resource values, as a result, the effect of environment resource values were not taken seriously and the value of environment of resources were under estimated and result in worsen of environment.According to the problems above, this dissertation is based on widespread research on many foreign dissertations, using"STUDY ON THE VALUE AND ITS EVALUEATION OF ENVIRONMENT RESOURCE"as its title, and discussed the formulation, the developing process, the theories, methods and application of environment resource evaluation extensively. The detailed research contents include: basing on the background of environment resource value, the meaning of study on the value of environment is discussed and the fact that the essence of environment problems is the lost of environment values is pointed out; current situation and formulation of environment resource values are studied. After that, operational and theory analysis of evaluating environment resource values is conducted and apply area of each method is confined accordingly. On summarize the evaluation system of current environment resource values, we consider environment resource as a production factor and put forward a new environment resource evaluation system. At the end of this dissertation, from the aspect of sustainable development, the develop space of environment resource values is discussed, and a possible solution of implementing sustainable development of environment resource is offered.
