Polymer-metal composite is an important branch of the materials science field. Polymer can possess some metal properties by composite effect, which makes materials present some excellent comprehensive properties. In this thesis, the work have done is following:1. By using uniform design, the experiments were designed on making Polymer-metal composite. The uniform design was improved on the basis of initial experiment, in order that it can accord with the later experimental data analysis in our work, to found a practical and reasonable model. The modified method owns such excellence: (1) reduced experiment times; reduced manpower and materials resources. (2) increased distributing uniformity of experiment data, obtained variety regulation of the whole system with fewer experimental data.2. The composite materials can be prepared by redox reaction between the metal salt in the polymer and the permeated reducer. A series of Polymer-metal composite films were obtained by changing the chemical reaction factors. Non-hydrophilic ABS polymer was used as basal body, AgNO3 or CuCl2 and Pb(NO3)2 as additive, a stable mixture of metal salt and polymer was prepared. The mixture was reduced with NaBH4 aqueous solution of certain concentration for a certain period, through water-scrubbing and drying, surface metallized ABS resin films were obtained. The ABS resin films with different metal were tested by the uniform design and the influence factors and regulation were analyzed to search for the best reaction conditions.3. The research uses function of cubic spline interpolation to make process model, which makes the results more intuitionistic and readable. The better regions for process and systematical regulation will be sought conveniently and he model has practical value. 4. Some non-linear modeling (non-linear regression) research on experimental data were done, and the founded non-linear analysis model has good adaptation, which shows good agreement with experimental data.5. Furthermore the researcher used principle component analysis in order to compress factors, and to find out the main factors that affected the resistance.6. PSM-Pb-Cu-SR and PSM-Ag-SR software were programmed in order to describe the total substance system. The software covers all kinds of factors and their quantitative description and trend analysis. The software can directly guide industrial production and can be extended to other fields of materials design. The PSM-Pb-Cu-SR software has been used in Wuhu Qingyuan Electrical Co., Ltd. and is very popular.
