The abuse of chemical pesticide on the prevention of sanitation pests had broughttremendous harm to the environment and the health of the human being. With theincreasing resistance of sanitation pests to the chemical pesticide, it was necessary forpeople to exploit new unpolluted pesticide. This study was based on the former research,taking seven plants which used relatively more in Chinese traditional medicine but less inpesticide and several pesticide as research materials. Through bioassay on the test pestBlattella germanica, pesticide and extracts from plants were selected, emulsifiableconcentrate and poison bait of better effect on prevention of sanitation pests had screenedout. The detailed results of this study were as follows:1. Seven vegetal substance's bioactivity to Blattella germanica was validated.Through drug film bioassay, it was found that ACG, galangin and common cnidium P.Ehad best pesticidal effect at the concentration of 0.150mg/cm2. In 24 hours, ACG plantextracts could bring 95% of the revised mortality to test pests., and the mortalityincreased as the time going on. After the 72 hours' treatment, the virulence regressionequation and LD50 were Y=11.29+4.09x and 0.03mg/cm2 respectively.2. Through the drug film and spraying bioassay of common chemical pesticide toBlattella germanica, the chemical medicine deltamethrin having best pesticidal effect wasscreened out. After the 72 hours' treatment, the virulence regression equation and LD50were Y=7.42+2.34x and 0.06μg/cm2 respectively.3. After mixing of the extract of plant and chemical pesticide, it was found that, themixture of deltamethrin and ACG had increased effect. When the ratio of ACG anddeltamethrin was 200:1, it reached the increased effect multiply of 3.81, having the besteffect.4. The processing technic for emulsifiable concentrate and powder of plant pesticide was confirmed preliminary. The results were that the solvent absolute ethanol, ethyl acetate and the emulsifier pesticide emulsifier 100# were selected, the proportion of each component was confirmed and quality test was passed.5. The optimized emulsifiable concentrate prescription was selected and the indoor control effect test was carried out. The Y1 and Y2 prescription had better knockout, reaching 100% mortality in 24 hours and suppression in 20 days.6. The bait for Blattella germanica was screened out. Through the selection of powder, oil and other food, it was made sure that the mixture of flour and milkpowder with the ration of 8:2 was the favorate food for Blattella germanica. 7. The stomach poison for Blattella germanica was confirmed. Through the selection of plant extracts and chemical pesticides, it was confirmed that theratio of trichlorfon: common cnidium P.E: boric acid was 1:1:1:100.
