PCP has been widely used as bactericides,herbicide,sanitization, pesticide and aseptioc,the killing of whorl etc and it has stable chemical property and remains in environment long time.so PCP inclusively exists in environment.Because PCP has high toxicity and it's reactive produces—PCDDS in high temperature and PCDFS in burning—has higher toxicity than PCP,they bring out serious disadvantage in the environment,so PCP must be degraded for proctecting surroundings.That carrys out biodegradation to deal with environment where had polluted by PCP is the economy and efficacious means that it has no second pollution comparing to physical degradation and chemical degradation.because PCP has hard-degrading property for high-cl substitutional character,used bacteria must have better abilities to degrade PCP in biodegradation,the screening of PCP degrading bacteria and researching it's degradating condition have considerable signification.In this article biodegradation on PCP in environment is studied and main study object is to screen well-performed strains,and we tested the degradation rate and factors affected the degradation rate of the strain by shaking-bottles fermentation:Collecting soil polluted by PCP as sample and adopting threatening incubating means screen a well-performed strains HPD-2,which can grow on the cultivating group based on PCP as the sole source of carbon and energy.The best environmental conditions for the growth and PCP-degradation of bacterium HPD-2 are 30℃and pH 7.4 respectively.I shall primarily identify HPD-2 for Bacillus sp.Main elements of the cultivating group such as carbon sources nutritious elements have an important effect on the growth and phenol degradation of bacterium HPD-2;PCP can be totally degraded at the concentration of 200μg·ml-1in 36 h;At the PCP concentration of 500μg·ml-1,it can be degraded for 93.3%in 36 h.On 30℃and pH 7.4 respectively,increasing inoculation amount 3%and adding low concentration of glucose and 0.2%Tween-80,is best condition for HPD-2 degradation of PCP.Moreover,choose temperature,pH and in addition carbon fountain(glucose)as main facter that affect on HPD-2 degrading PCP and work out criss-cross experime- ntation.Result indicate:Primary and secondary order of facters that affect on HPD-2 degrading PCP is concentration of glucose,temperature and pH;Best com-bining condition is:temperature:30℃;concentration of glucose:150μg·ml-1;pH value: 7.4.In conditions of different temperature,I studied kinetics of HPD-2 degrading PCP,and gained kinetic equations of HPD-2 degrading PCP in these conditions,and it conformed to one-rate kinetic equation.Via the screening of PCP degrading bacteria and researching it's degradating condition in this text,I screen out HPD-2 strain that degrade PCP and confirm it's best degrading condition.This is a foundation for application of HPD-2 in practice.
