Contraposing with the serious laggard actuality between China and foreign countries in petroleum rigs, in according with the high costing of the research with actual rigs, in virtue of the three-dimensional solid designing software of UG NX4.0, designed a set of wholly hydraulic top-driven petroleum rig model in scale, and did systemic research on this model.In this model, all the actuator is driven by hydraulic pressure, in the aspects of the choosing of hydraulic pieces, and the designing of hydraulic system and valve blocks, all abided the principal of energy economic, reduced the power of electromotor and improved the efficiency of energy.Designed the rig's movement controlling system in three kinds of manipulation: manual, semiautomatic and automatic, and can switch between manual drilling and automatic drilling expediently, and improved the rig's automation degree, and diminished the driller's working intensity, only 1 to 2 workers on the derrick is able to operate the rig.Based on the characteristic of hydraulic cylinder driving the top-driven equipment, established the mathematic model of automatic drilling, and using PID and fuzzy controlling methods designed the controlling arithmetic in three loops (the inner loop is flux loop, the middle loop is velocity loop and the outer loop is pressure loop), and simulated by the simulink module of the Matlab software, and the results of the three loops are good, and modify the qulitay of the automatic drilling.Designed the interface of the rig, and it can display the rig's status to the driller with indicator lights or figures, and this can reduce the driller's tiredness, and can save the important working parameters to the industry computer, and supplies convenience shortcut for the backup of the signify data.
