| Since the 21st century, with the continuous development of digital technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things,a new wave of technological revolution centered on intelligence, networking, and digitization is sweeping the world, and the digital economy has become a new era.Driven by the digital economy, new formats, models, and new industries continue to emerge, with new development space and new driving forces. The digital economy has had a profound impact on the modern social economy. At the same time, due to the extensive and high-speed development of my country’s economy for a long time,it has caused problems such as energy consumption and environmental pollution. This is a very difficult task.Based on this background, the improvement of the development level of the digital economy, the enhancement of the green development of the industry, and how the digital economy promotes the green development of the industry will have particularly important theoretical and practical significance for the transformation and development of the Chinese economy.First of all, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on the efficiency of industrial green development, and combines the current status of my country’s industrial green development, and finds that the three factors affecting my country’s industrial development efficiency, energy structure, human capital, and innovation output are still lacking in depth.analyze.And based on the analysis of the relevant theoretical basis on the digital economy and industrial green development efficiency, this issue is studied from a new perspective of energy and innovation. The industrial green development efficiency is affected by the development level of the digital economy.Three hypotheses that the development of the digital economy at the intermediary level can promote the growth of industrial green development efficiency.Secondly,by applying the entropy method to calculate and analyze the weight of each index of the digital economy level, the global directional distance function based on SBM and the Global-Malmquist-Luenberger(GML)index are used to measure the industrial green total factor productivity of each province in the country. And analyze the development status of digital economy and industrial green development efficiency in space and time respectively.Thirdly, the digital economy development level index is selected as the explanatory variable, and the green production efficiency index of industrial green development efficiency is used as the explained variable, and the benchmark regression verification is carried out through the fixed effect, and the three intermediary variables of energy structure, human capital and innovation output are used as the explanatory variables. The mediation effect test empirically analyzes the impact of the digital economy on the efficiency of industrial green development, and deals with the robustness test and endogeneity problems. The empirical results show that the development level of the digital economy has a significant role in promoting the efficiency of industrial green development. The digital economy is a new driving force for today’s economic development and promotes the green development of the industry. The method still maintains a strong positive effect when controlling for a set of variables and changing the metrics. To solve the endogenous problem of digital economy and green industry development, this paper uses the number of fixed telephones as an instrumental variable. The result is still that the development level of digital economy has a significant positive effect on industrial green total factor productivity. The three aspects of energy structure optimization, human capital increase, and innovation output can promote the efficiency of industrial green development. At the same time, the digital economy can improve the efficiency of industrial green development through energy structure optimization, human capital increase, and innovation output. Finally, based on the results of theoretical and empirical analysis, the following conclusions and suggestions are drawn: the digital economy in the eastern region is developing very well, while the development in the central and western regions is poor, and there is a "digital divide" between regions.Guangxi,Tianjin, and Hebei in the eastern region;Shaanxi,Yunnan,Chongqing,Gansu,Guizhou, and Xinjiang in the western region;and Jiangxi,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia, and Jilin in the central region need to strengthen the development and construction of the digital economy. In terms of industrial green development, the development level of the eastern region is much higher than that of the central and western regions, and there is a large spatial difference in green development.Tianjin,Hebei,Hainan,Guangxi and Shandong in the east;Ningxia,Yunnan,Chongqing,Qinghai,Gansu and Xinjiang in the west, and Shanxi,Heilongjiang, and Inner Mongolia in the middle are all lagging behind in their respective regions in terms of industrial green development.,the spatial development is unbalanced. To promote the green development of industry, each local place should provide policies according to local conditions. The digital economy directly promotes the efficiency of industrial green development, and can also indirectly promote industrial green development by optimizing the energy structure, strengthening human capital investment, and increasing innovation output.Local governments take the digital economy as the main starting point, improve the digital economy system and mechanism, further optimize the energy and profit structure, and promote the utilization of clean energy;increase the accumulation of human capital by increasing the fertility rate and strengthening population education, and introduce advanced technologies, talents,Management experience, optimize the allocation of innovation resources, thereby improving productivity;accelerate the pace of eliminating outdated production capacity, use big data,Internet platforms,Internet of Things and other methods to increase investment in science and technology to enhance the company’s technological innovation capabilities and enhance the overall enterprise competitiveness and promote the green development of the industry. |
