By now, more than 6,000 directional wells and horizontal wells have been completed by Shengli Directional Drilling Company, the data of most of those completed directional wells still had not uniform mode and was deficient for historical reasons and without connection among those existing data, resulted that those valuable data couldn't be used fully. Setup database system for directional well (Hereafter shortened form"system") make use of existing computer technology, the internet technology and the wireless internet technology, establishing and updating the directional well data-package, transferring the old data to the new database, achieving the management of those directional well information by database. Based on the difference of requirement each function module, the C/S mode is used in client and the B/S mode is used in server, the location data of directional well can be wireless-transferred, the inquiry of data information of those completed directional wells can be achieved rapidly and exactly. The system can generate daily report automatically according to the limiting conditions, the veracity of data in the report is ensured and the working efficiency of files-managing is enhanced. The development and application of the system achieve the uniform management of directional well information data, the information connection between the location and relative office by real-time, and perform the important guiding and referencing role plenary. The significance by using the system for the development of directional drilling technology and the entire development in old pay zone in Shengli Oilfield is obviously, and also it get remarkable effect in fact.
