In an information society,the frequency of knowledge update is gradually accelerating,and the core competitiveness of an enterprise depends to a large extent on the improvement of employees’ knowledge level.Oil companies should also adapt to the requirements of the times and pay attention to the knowledge management of employees,especially tacit knowledge management,so that they can beat their competitors and occupy an advantageous position in the fierce market competition.This article takes the frontline employees of Gudao Oil Production Plant in Shengli Oilfield as the research object.First,the author found that the existing tacit knowledge management methods of Gudao Oil Production Plant are difficult to achieve the expected results through interviews and questionnaires.There are many barriers to tacit knowledge sharing,differences in employees’ tacit knowledge,and lack of the direction of tacit knowledge innovation;on this basis,from the front-line employee tacit knowledge management training model,assessment and evaluation mechanism,tacit knowledge innovation,oil production plants In the four aspects of tacit knowledge sharing environment,the system proposed an implicit knowledge management optimization plan for frontline employees of Gudao Oil Production Plant;finally,in order to ensure the optimization plan,an optimization strategy guarantee strategy was formulated of implicit knowledge management of frontline employees in Gudao Oil Production Plant That is,to establish effective knowledge recognition methods,strengthen the effective integration of knowledge,narrow the knowledge gap of employees,grasp the direction of knowledge innovation,and establish a tacit knowledge management platform.
