H2S is a kind of poisonous gas in mine. The current researches on H2S are involoved very little because of its low content in coal gas. In rencent years, along with the extension of exploitation, H2S accounts for more than 0.0006% of the coal gas in many coal mines and at the same time seriously affects the development of the coal sources and the health condition of the coal miners.This essay focuses on how to exploit safely and efficiently in the condition that the H2S content is higher than normal with the NO.9 coal in Xiqu coal mine as the example. Besides, this essay analyzes the causes and treatment methods of the H2S in coal mines with the help of the current research in other related fields. Deep studies have been done about the emission law of the H2S gas on 19102 coal face of NO.9 coal, so to determine the comprehensive treatment method on H2S with the injection pulse dynamic pressure as the major and Alkaline spraying and individual protection as the minor, make sure the parameters scientificly in this progam and make the industrial experiments. As a result, H2S content reaches the expected effect, the explitation on 19102 coal face moves smoothly, which brings great economic and social benefit, and from which we accumulate abundant experience in exploition on coal face with high H2S content in similar condition and in coal mine disaster prevention. The essay is mainly consisted of the following points: (1) analysis of the causes as well as the causes of NO.9 coal in Xiqu coal mine of H2S formation according to the causes of H2S formation in underground, deposits; (2)H2S management; (3) H2S management programs and on-site management measures in Xiqu coal mine.(1). According to the formation causes, H2S in nature can be devided into three types: biological causes, chemical causes and the causes of hot volcanic eruption. H2S emission on coal face is the key to prevent the H2S gas, and the research on the formation causes of H2S, which is studied very little, is essential to understand its distribution. In this essay, take the Ba'yi coal mine in Zaozhuang as example. With the research acheivment on the causes of H2S formation as reference, this essay gets the idea that the H2S formation of the NO.9 coal in Xiqu coal mine may be not only because of the sulfate-reducing bacteria and the formation of sulfate reduction of alienation, but also because of the the NO.8 coal biodegradation in the secondary form, or may be both. Both can be used to explain the causes of zonal H2S distribution of NO.9 coal.(2). Purification methods for the waste gas with H2S can be divided into: a. absorption method: physical solvent absorption and chemical solvent absorption; b. adsorbent method: renewable and non-renewable adsorbent; c. oxidation; d. decomposition: thermal decomposition and microwave decomposition e. biological decomposition. Through comprehensive analysis of these above-mentioned methods, the first one, that is the absorption method, is regarded as the feasible way to purify H2S on the coal face of coal mines. This essay determines the Na2CO3 to absorb the H2S with the concentration from 3% to 5%.(3).In the process of H2S management program and on-site management measure, deep hole pulse injection dynamic pressure technology is introduced for the first time to control the H2S on long-way coal face, the industry experiments shows that the textual method is viable.
