The Exploitation And Application Of Openning Style Two-dimensional NC System Platform Based On PC

Soft-CNC research is the most important part of the research work of open CNC system, which becomes the research hotspot of NC technology. Part of soft CNC and corresponding hardware driving circuit is mainly studied and exploited in the paper based on PC opening NC system and original soft-CNC structure system.This paper focally introduces how to realize the functions of CNC, including translation of NC codes in the soft-CNC system, interpolation and the research of speed and position control of servo drive, as well as the design of the servo drive electric circuit:NC code explaination procedure in the CNC system is that the input information is convered, which is checked on the format and content, afterwards that can be identified by computer. The procedure, aimed at the characteristics of the standard NC code, can carry on expanding the program.Interpolation is the most important part in the soft-CNC, whose good or bad is directly up to the effective operation of the system functions. According to the PC opening NC system, this chapter emphasizes and studies the method of the space quadrant demarcation on the line point-by-point comparison interpolation, which is realized by C language.The speed and position control of servo drive is the important part of soft-CNC, which influences the efficiency and accuracy of manufacture. this chapter tells of the principle of the speed and position control with various methods, chooses the adaptive control method by analysis,and realizes the method of the speed and position control with C language.Servo drive electric circuit is the performance part of soft-CNC. This chapter relates the characteristic, type and use of various electronic parts of apparatus etc. the microcomputer interface circuit design of step motor and the drive circuit design of step motor.The paper can fulfill the above function of interpolation, which is very important in the research of soft-CNC. Besides the function of a plane linear interpolation, it can realize the linear interpolation on any plane in the space. At last, it is tested on a two-coordinate milling machine.Soft-CNC can realize the functions of CNC in high performance and high speed CNC system. With its great advantages, it will be widely used in many fields.
