| Research direction of this these—the influence of alloy elements on the microstructure and properties of martensite stainless steel is established after analyzing the runner material(martensite stainless steel), in allusion to current situation of making runner of hydro-power station.Based on the existing steel casting,studied the mechanisms and general rules of the influences of alloy elements on the microstructure and properties of martensite stainless steel after analyzing the actual data.Compared the microstructure and properties of the treated test bar,analyzed the influences of chrome,nickel and molybdenum on the microstructure and properties of martensite stainless by modern material test equipments after making many tests with existing products.And actual influence process is analyzed particulaly compared with basic theory.1. The chemistry of martensite stainless steel should be controled strictly,low carbon content is while the performance can meet the requirment,and the content of carbon and sulpur should be decreasd by LF+VOD duplex melting reaseached by ourselves.2. The microstructure of martensite stainless steel is low-carbon tempered martensite.it is possible that part refining disperse retained austenite and a liitleδ-ferrite are happened in some microstructure of martensite stainless steel according the content of nickel.3. When the content of chrome and nicked reached from 13-4 to 16-5,the microstructure transferred from lath-shaped martensite to the double phase structure of martensite andδ-ferrite.4. When the content of chrome and nickel reached at 16-5, plastic property was increased,but impact resistance value got a little decreased. |
