In the centralized domestic wastewater system,the sewage pipe into the city sewage factory for centralized process through the huge municipal pipe network system.But it is impossible to collect decentralized domestic wastewater together, such as in disperses the city plot,the countryside village,the country club,the hotel and so on,to the nearby sewage factory.As a result of this,the pressure aeration biofilter was designed through making some improvements to biological aerated filter(BAF).The pilot-scale experiment on the treatment of polluted source water shows that this technique process has very good elimination efficiency in wastewater treatment when the majority of turbidities are removed by means of dissolve air floatation and the effluent concentration of CODCr,BOD5,and NH3-N achieve the first grade discharge standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard.And it has high air-dissolving efficiency.When the volume rate of the air and water is 1,the density of dissolvent oxygen(DO)in the outlet water can reach 4.71mg/L and in this condition,DO would not be a limit on nitration.This technique starts up quickly.When the water temperature is above 20℃,the time of the natural biomembrane is about 18~21 days,the relative stable and high ammonia-nitrogen eliminate rate taken as a parameter indicating whether the biomembrane is successful.The biological zeolite has quite good elimination effect. This equipment could be also restarted very quickly and the elimination performance is still quite good.Therefore,the self-designed the pressure aeration biofilter features the advantages of high air dissolving efficiency,stronger resistance for impaction of ammonia nitrogen,high treatment efficiency,simple structure,and easy operation. This technique has a good future for application.
