Currently,to develop small towns and to accelerate infrastructure construction ofsmall towns are important ways to promote the construction of new socialisticcountryside, sewage treatment is an important part of the infrastructure.The sewage ofsmall towns is mainly domestic sewage,it had many characteristics,such as bigcoefficient of variation in wastewater quantity and quality.According to thesecharacteristics,the subject developed"The Efficient Reactor of Double Aeration andDouble Sludge-layer Filtering"."Double aeration"means the entire reactor have twodifferent aeration tanks with different loading,which can achieved the purpose ofcompound growth of bacteria and sludge mixed to increase transfer efficiency."Doublesludge-layer filtering " means through two areas of high concentration of sludge-layerfiltering,the reactor has a good effect in removal of CODCr、NH3-N,sludge reductionand strong capacity in resisting shock load.This subject is experimental study from oneof projects of Shandong Province Education Department (A2009-034).The experiment used the domestic sewage as the treatment objects, lasted70d.Make a detailed experimental studies in removal effect of CODCr、NH3-N,sludgereduction performance and shock loading capacity of the reactor.The main results areexpressed as follows:1The reactor has a good performance in removal of carbon. The volume loading ofthe reactor can achieve to5.5kgCODCr/m3·d while general aerobic biological treatmentreactor are typically less than2.0kgCODCr/m3·d,which confirm that the possibility ofthe reactor can be adapted to the high-volume loading.2The reactor has a good ability to remove nitrogen. The removal rate of theammonia can achieved85%, the NH3-N of the effluent less than the10mg/L,theremoval rate of TN reached75%.3The reactor has a good performance in sludge reduction. The volume ofdischarged sludge is far less than the conventional reactor’s.4The reactor has a good resist shock loading capacity. The variable flow water inthe day and night conditions,reactor still can operation in good and stable status.The reactor is featured in requiring small land and low investment、efficiency andenergy saving etc,also has a good performance in removing nitrogen and carbon." double sludge-layer filtering " is a feature of this reactor,good sludge reductionperformance and good capability of resisting shock loading are highlights of thisreactor,using real domestic water make the subject have more practical applicationvalue.
