Oilfield water injection is the main way to keep the reservoir pressure, and to reduce the crude oil decline. The water injection pump is the important equipment in the field of oilfield water injection. [1]Presently, there are two pumping systems for the water injection in Shengli oilfield, multi-stage centrifugal pump and high pressure piston pump. The current problems with the multi-stage centrifugal pump are: 1. High flow rate with low head can not meet the requirement of low flow rate with high head. 2. The seal type at the shaft end is mechanical type, it is difficult to get supercharging injection. High pressure piston pump has low flow rate and high head, but the seal is not reliable and is of short life, not using widely.Magnetic drived supercharging water injection pump was researched to meet to requirement of Shengli oilfield water injection. To get rid of the above mentioned problems, magnetic drive was successfully used in water injection. In this dissertation, the formula of magnetic torque is given first. Then the software ANSYS was used to analyze and calculate, and to compare magnetic flux, getting the relation between main parameters and the magnetic field. Further more, the design of multi-stage centrifugal pump was done and the whole magnetic drived supercharging water injection system passed the test. At the end of this dissertation, there is a prospect.
