Water injection flooding is an important exploitation mode during development of the oilfield, which can reinforce stratum'energy effectively and play a great part in enhancing oil recovery and insuring the oilfield high and stable yield. As the high water exploitation stage going on; the energy cost of the injection system becomes greater and greater. Load in the surface system of Lamadian Oilfield in extra-high water cut period is reducing; the contradiction between reduction of oil production and increasing of energy consumption is becoming extrusive. At present, operation scheme of water injection system is uneconomical; the pressure difference between the pumps and the pipelines is big, water injection network efficiency is very low, the injection unit consumption is high. It's meaningful to research the method of reducing the water injection loss and to work out the approach of enhancing water injection system's efficiency.First of all, the process of water injection system is depicted and analyzed; the efficiency of the whole system is divided into several major parts that are important consumption factors, so that the major cause and parts of energy source-wasting can be obtained.The optimization mathematical model of the production and circulation parameters of oilfield water injection system is established. The most economical injection pressure can be obtained by the improved genetic algorithm. According to the optimization result, some projects are compared to reduce the loss of the system; as a result, the efficiency of the system can be increased.The mathematical model of the operation scheme optimization of water injection system is established, in order to find the optimized operation scheme and displacement, in which the least cost is taken as objective function, dual coding genetic algorithm is adopted, which is combining binary coding with integer coding.The loss of the system can be reduced a lot by changing the operation scheme and displacement of pumps, even by reducing the pumps.Finally, based on the law of conservation of energy and the hydrodynamics, the optimization software for the circulation of water injection system is compiled which has been applied in actuality simulation and optimization in Lamadian oilfield water injection system. The optimization result indicates that energy cost can be depressed by applying the software.
