| Micro-strip and half-frame phased array stabilization platform is adopted in the structure design of a ship-board landing system. Because of its own structural features and severe application environment, the system's electric design standard should be reached in prerequisite of limited space and weight. Thus it needs to select suitable structure configuration for increasing the platform's total rigidity, and fully dig each part's rigidity contribution of the structure for informing reasonable load distribution. With such excellent properties like high specific strength and specific rigidity, good designable ability and anti-fatigue effect, etc., advanced composite has become one of the main aeronautical materials and been widely used in the application of aeronautical structure design project.The antenna's structure is researched in this paper. The basic mechanics analysis method and strength standard of the composite is presented, and the FEA model,which is established in ANSYS, of the micro-strip phased array stabilization platform antenna is also depicted. According to the model, static and modal analysis is applied to vertical units of the bearing scanning antenna, which leads to its stress distribution, strain and natural frequency. By using laminated plate units, the FEA model of vertical units of phased array antenna is simplified and modal analyzed. According to the comparison of analysis data and aiming at increasing the natural frequency of vertical units, improving design of the vertical units is presented. Static calculation is applied to the main supporting frame according to a composite, then the natural frequency of assembly and the deformation of vertical units are analyzed under the condition that equivalent load is applied to the assembly of vertical units and main supporting frame.According to this paper's research, an effective way of increasing the natural frequency of vertical units of micro-strip phased array bearing scanning antenna is found, which is the basis of further improvement of vertical units and its other dynamic analysis. The composite T300/5208 is selected, and the design of main supporting frame and its material selection is discussed. The method that analyzing the error of array distance of the phased array antenna using the best fitting surface is provided. |
