| Nowadays there are various methods in the process of separation :mainly chromatography,ion exchange ,deposit,adsorption,electro drive and field—flow.As a new technology for separation field—flow was put forward in 1966 by Docto Giddings and can be used for the deparation of macromolecule,colloid and particles.Thetechnology has gone deep into every field of human production and life having to do with the great development our national economy and peoples livelihood. Governments of many countries have paid suitable atfention to the study of this field and invested a great deal of human power and materials in the development of field—flow.separation system. Owing to different outside forces field—flow separation can usually be divided into deposit, gravity, magnetic, electro.Heat and field—flow separation.Aiming at the present situation in the study of seperation techonlogy in our country and the problems in the study of this rechnology in other countries ,this article has studied the theory of field flowseparation themanufacturing thchnology for the flow ways and the app/ication of magnetic field—flow separation .The main tasks for the study are :1,An analysis of the basic principle of field—flow separation.An analysis and summary of the preseut situation in the study of field—flow separation in foreign countries.2,The initial separatiin of iron ore by the method of microwave. Microwave heating is body heating of the mathrial. Caused by medium consumptiou in the magnetic field.Microwave healing is the fransformation of microwave magnetic energy into heat energy.Heating in the microwave field is mainly realizeol by the microwave field is mainly realizeol by the turning of due poles into polarizarion and side polarization.The material is acted on by microwave in microwave field . the molecule in the material is ioned and palarized in the electro field and polarized Molecule is formed ,which has positive and negative poles and they are arranged in Order in the electro field.High-frequency oscillation is formed in the polorized molecules in the material according to the alternative change of the microwave produce heat.According to experimeut,we can get that the separation of iron ore is in direct proportion to whether there is micrwave,microwave time andmagnetized time.Furthermore microwave technology has the feature of high efficiency,good quality ,low cost and no pollution,which is helpful to practical application and promotion on alarge scale.3,Expatiate on the purpose and the principle of the magnetic field fluid separate experiment and the compositions of the separate system. Narrate the procedure and advertent proceeding; combining with our laboratory's condition, I carry through the experiment of the magnetic field fluid separation and separate ironstone successfully. In my research, I use the ironstone as separated swatch and utilize organic glass's channel as the separate channel. Besides I use a microscope to observe online, and get the picture through CCD. In the experiment, we can observe that the velocity of the big grain swatch is faster than the small one and the size of swatch observed at the same time is almost the same. The particulate with the same diameter and the different density can be separated in the magnetic field fluid separating system. This indicates magnetic fluid field separation can be used in the separation of iron ore. Meaning of magnetic fluid field separating iron ore is that because output of our state iron ore is large, apparatus and separating operation of magnetic fluid field is easy, this is in favor of purification of iron ore.This paper also research the separation of gravitational field in the separation of iron ore, in the separation of gravitational field fluid, separating sample is observed using the microscope on line, separating figures are obtained using CCD, the changes aren't obtained, so it can't be operated.
