Study On The Lace Design Of Household Textile

Household textile lace is a kind of household textiles. The development design of household textiles has received more and more concern and attention, but the product development and design of household textile lace is relatively lag. Currently, the product design and development in this area is mainly processed based on the experience. According to selected data, there are no systematic theory books and articles for the design of household textile lace. The researcher has conducted a lot of research in this field and made every effort to achieve a breakthrough in this aspect. The main contents are as follows.1. The decorative function design and practical function design of household textile lace were studied. In decorative function design, the paper analyzed and discussed the color design and style design of household textile lace by the environment factors, material factors, market factors, method factors and so on, proposed the design requirements of household textile lace. In practical function design, the performances requirement of household textile lace from drape, light fastness, sanitary requirement, comfort property and so on were discussed.2. The design and choice of raw materials used in household textile lace were studied. The applicable scope of conventional yarn and fancy yarn in household textile lace products was introduced and the basic requirement of the choice and use of raw materials were proposed. In the design of raw materials used in household textile lace, proposed the frequently used silk throwing and core rope were discussed, emphasis to the study of twist design of silk throwing used in tassels and propose the determined methods of twist were given.3. The design study on woven household textile lace was done. In lace belt, fringed edge lace, cord braiding and knitting lace, the theoretical study on weave designing, teeth edge designing, fringed edge designing, designing of warp-weft combination and arrangement ratio, ends in warp designing and weaving technology were carried out. Put forwards the design basis of woven household textiles lace and conduct product development to the corresponding products.4. The design study on the crochet household textile lace was done. Study the pattern design of crochet lace, product development technical analysis and so on, put forwards the design basis of corresponding products and conduct product development on this basis.5. Preliminary design study on household textiles decoration was done. Make preliminary discussion for style structure, the color match and material application of tassels and decorations.
