With the devlopment of livestock breeding, Appropriate disposal of domestic animal manure had become a problem that large-scale breeding farm is confronted with, Practice showed that traditional combination of farming and grazing was an economical and effective manure treatment pattern. Aimed at the quantities of the animal's manure and the second pollution problem, this paper analysised the influence of farm animals' manure on the nitrogen and phosphorus residues in soil, the reaction of plants to the large farm animal's manure and the influence of farm animals' manure on the water in the paddy field. And finally compared synthetically the residues in soil, the plants' assimilation and the quantities in water, etc. estimated the lack of the TN and TP, found the proper treatment quantity and the evaluation of the second pollution caused by the excessiveness. This research's results were as follows:1. Domestic animal dejecta did no harmful to the growth of Pennisetum and paddy. It had a positive correlation between the amount of treatment and the biomass of Pennisetum. The growth of rice was normal under anamials' manure treatment and the plants growed normal in the potted rice under pigs' manure. When the cattle manure in potted rice was 150000kg/ha, the paddy started to death. The more the amount of the manure, the more the death was.2. The Pennisetum under animals' manure treatment, the nitrogen loss rate rised as the rising experiment levels. The results showed: in the Pennisetum under animals' manure treatment, the pig's manure was best controlled under 120,000kg/ha, the cattles' manure treatments must controlled under 150,000kg/ha. The proper level of the pigs' manure treatment should be controlled around15,000kg/ha as the the cattles' manure treatments were controlled around 37,500kg/ha. The plants' absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus under the cattles' manure was more than that under the pigs' manure treatment. And that demonstrated the interaction effects under the plants and the cattles manure and this would caused the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus.3. The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in soil is rised when domestic animal manure disposed by farm. The loss rate of sandy soil is more than clay soil under the same treatment and between different soil treatment the loss rate of Pennisetum is higher than the rice. The loss of nitrogen and phosphorus under pennisetum treatment more than the loss of nitrogen and phosphorus under rice.4. The soil nitrogen and phosphorus content change was limited in tillage layer (20cm) when the nitrogen and phosphorus were basically unchanged between 31-50cm. this experiment was one term experiment and its conclusion had to be validated by afterwards experiments. The N concentration of water in potted rice was higher than that in paddy field. Started from the 3rd level of potted rice, the N concentration of water was obviously higher than the critical concentration of water body eutrophication, which was approached by water N concentration when the paddy field's N concentration reached the highest level.Seen from the concentration, the P content of water in potted rice mostly exceeded the the critical P concentration of water body eutrophication(0.02mg/L), which was approached by the P concentration of water in paddy field started from the 3rd level. Compared with the N concentration in paddy field the P concentration more easily caused the secondary pollution in water. From the loss amount, the rates of N and P were more than 30% and this explain that the N and P loss probabilities were much higher. The higher lack rate of phosphorus under pigs' manure than the cattles' manure demonstrated that the phosphorus was much easier loss. However, the loss rate of N was much easier under cattles' manure.
