Research on renewable energy has been the focus at home and abroad. Waste fat and oil, the reject of family and the dining industry, has been taken as one of environment sources of pollution, the recycling of waste edible fat has the very big significance. In this paper technological process of catalytic cracking and catalytic reforming and post-processing of waste fat and oil are discussed to prepare the qualified liquid fuel oil.Rapeseed oil is used to prepare liquid fuel oil by catalytic cracking as the raw material in this experiment. The experiment proved, liquid fuel oil can be prepared with the fat by catalytic cracking. Basic on the result of catalytic cracking of rapeseed oil, the waste fat and oil is also taken as the raw material for catalytic cracking. The influence of various factors such as the type and the quantity of catalyst, the reaction temperature, the decomposition time is discussed .The more ideal response condition is: Decomposition reaction temperature 480℃-540℃, catalyst content 0.45%, catalyzed time 70-80min. Under the best response condition, liquid fuel oil receiving rate achieves 77.94%. In order to enhance the quality of liquid fuel oil, the QG catalyst is studied in this article by carrier of ZSM-5 and lanthanon oxide with the process of infusion, drying and calcinations .Under the best temperature of catalytic upgrading - 360℃, the yield of gasoline enhanced about 11%, the heavy oil and the heavy oil receiving rate drop approximately 19.87%, the alkene conversion rate approximately about 40%, the oil quality had a very great improvement.The post-processing of the liquid fuel oil which generated by catalytic cracking of waste fat and oil was studied in this thesis. After filtration, a high effective technique of complexible solvent extraction combinig alkali lavation was brought forward. And the experiment demonstrated that the technique can decrease the fuel oil colour and improve the fuel oil invariability obviously, and can decrease the secondary pollutant, make the fuel oil accord with the national standard. The chroma after the post-processing is 2 by , the chroma after two months is less than 3.5 with post-processing. Studies on the catalytic cracking of waste fat and oil present a new approach to the recovery and utilization .The technological process also has certain value on the research of other oils and heavy oil.
