| The urban EM environment is gradually complex and the background noise of the electromagnetic spectrum is increased with the radio-communication's quickly development, and the wireless administrant organization has the high time effect territorial evaluation system of wireless EM environment, this thesis selectively analyzes the terrain correctional factor algorithm and EM propagation model foundation under the GIS. Based on the building all kinds of the wireless emitter equipment information database, wireless propagation geographical information database and the relevant spacial EM wave propagation model within the relative area, the EM environment within the area is described through the method of computer simulation. The simulation result is very close with the actual measurement of the radio field intensity. Thus, this method makes the electromagnetic environmental monitoring to be high performance and offers assistance in the programming, site selection and building of the urban radio sites.
