Research And Development On Communication And Management System Of NC Machine Based On DNC

With the development of computer, communication and network technology, manufacturing systems also develop toward integration,network and globalization direction. DNC as the main form to make information and equipments integrate in the NC workshop is adopted by numerous abroad well-known enterprises. According to currently existing resources of enterprises in our country, this text puts forward to structure a communication and management system of NC machines based on DNC, which takes enterprises'LAN as bottom communication network, and adopting serial port server and plugged-program technology to make multi-structure NC equipments connect with networks. This system based on Visual C++ and SQL2000, can manage NC machines and collect information. It not only has the traditional DNC system function of exchanging information and interconnection between computers and NC machines, but also makes information of enterprises'working and management connect with manufacturing and monitoring information in the workshop without any cleft.
