The Research Of Monitor And Control System Of Hydraulic Lifter In Heavy Metallurgy Stuff Basket Cartage

With the rapid development of iron and steel industry in our country, the requirement for the work efficiency and working stability for each step of steel making will be higher than before. And one of the most important linkfor steel making is the transport procedure of scrap iron stuff basket cartage. Advance in quality and security of stuff basket cartage has become a important problem of steelmaking industry.Based on the research in hydraulic reliability principle of stuff basket cartage, the thesis has designed and exploited stuff basket cartage's hydraulic reliability monitor system that based on 51 single chip control. Through the design and exploitation of system hardware and software, it has executed embedded system's monitoring device. This monitoring device not only can realize the collection of relevant parameter, but also possess the function of analog quantity outgoing control hydraulic cylinder and display alarm.In order to demonstrate the reliability of stuff basket cartage's hydraulic reliability monitor system which based on 51 single chip control, the thesis has designed a data acquisition demonstration experiment for embedded hydraulic cylinder monitoring system. From the experiment,we can obtain data used for analyses and compare, then we can known the monitoring system has the characteristic of reliability and feasible. The design and exploitation of stuff basket cartage's hydraulic reliability monitor system that based on 51 single chip control, can make a consistent foundation for further security control technology of stuff basket vehicle .As the ceaseless development of system, it must can optimize and perfect the stuff basket cartage's monitoring system, then obtain the aim of real time, high speed and secure.
