Environment for human survival and development has provided the necessary conditions and material. With the development of society and the advancement of technology, human demand on the environment has gradually gone beyond the bearing capacity of the environment. Construction, throughout the life cycle process, both the decision-making, design, construction or operation of any stage of completion, will have a direct impact on the environment, resources and the environment to create a heavy burden. To build a harmonious society, and vigorously develop "green building", we must reduce the building on the need of energy consumption and environmental burden. Now, the construction project investment decision-making, planning and design stage of implementing the idea of sustainable development has attracted a growing number of designers, planners attention, at the same time, the corresponding environmental impact assessment system has emerged, but during the construction phase of the implementation of environmental protection the intensity is very unsatisfactory. In this paper, for construction stage, I will analyse the existence of environmental problems and the environmental impact of the root causes, discuss the need for implementation of environmental construction, consider taking appropriate control measures. With reference to various domestic and international environmental construction evaluation index system on the basis of the construction period from the pollution caused by noise, dust, waste water, solid waste, and other major factors starting, taking into account the social environment, urban landscape, the soil layer, and other aspects of farming Impact, as comprehensive as possible to identify the project may have an impact on all aspects of M and LR identified two types of evaluation indicators and targets based on the content, using AHP calculate the various indicators of weight, One, M categories of indicators: Construction of programming (0.36), field management (0.22); environmental management (0.14) 5 (in brackets the corresponding numerical targets for the weight), LR type indicators: Construction of environmental impact ( 0.55); Materials and Resources (0.21) 4. At the same time consider the more sub-indexes, the last comprehensive evaluation, that the assessment model. In this paper, with the Chengdu High-tech Zone West Park technological innovation groups, identified with the environmental impact assessment and evaluation index system actually works on this method of evaluation, the extent of the environmental assessment is good, the construction of environmental protection, in fact prove to Sexual. At the same time, to construction period for the environmental impact of factors: the construction programme development, noise, dust, waste water, soil tillage layer seven, the auther put forward the corresponding control measures, and stressed that the company's environmental management. Internal proposed construction enterprises set up and implement a structure of the environmental management system (EMS), the permission of the conditions under ISO9000, 14000,18000 quality management system, environmental quality management system and safety management system certification. Through the construction site should comply with the laws and regulations on the construction enterprises and the importance of environmental factors, such as the identification and evaluation, the final establishment of EMS for construction enterprises play a guiding role. This study hopes to promote the development of Green Architecture in China, particularly at the construction enterprises in the implementation of environmental construction play a guide, reference.
