The pre-warning correction values and parameters are as: moisture at outlet as +0.5~1%, the correct value of moisture at outlet of cut tobacco drying machine as -0.5~1%. The production line that employs online expanding drying machine can adjust the injected steam up to +200~400l/h, and temperature of drying process between 240℃~280℃, the correct value of cut tobacco mixing-room and cut tobacco storeroom temperature as -2~3℃, humidity as -10~12%. |
