The high-rise building of complex commercial is considered the hope of the center of city. It is include business, work place, residence, recreation ground, eating, sightseeing and so on. It provides an opportunity to solve the crowed and disorder problem for the city and boosts its economic. On the other it increases the possibility and complexity of the fire incidents.Recently, with the computer tecnology growth, the fire numerical simulation technique and fire evacuation simulation technique develop rapaidly. It not only provides us the visual data about smoke transmission, heat transmission and human behavior during the evacuation, but also promotes the development of performance-based fire design. And the FDS and Evacnet simulation sofeware are the classical one.The paper chooses the safety evaculation as the reseach subject. It studies the selection method of fire load, fire scenario, heat release rate, evaculation number, nodal point and evaculation path. And it also explores the variation of smoke, heat and visbility. During the process it finds that the bottle-neck effect is the main inhibitor. At last, with the fire-risk time and evaculation time acquired, the safety status has been assessed.
