The construction of a large number of high-rise buildings makes the conducting of construction safety management,the traditional accident prevention and control mode of highrise construction site has been unable to meet the needs of construction safety of high-rise building projects.On this basis,this thesis constructs a high-rise construction safety accident prevention and control scheme with the help of information technology and lean production methods,hoping to improve the traditional high-rise construction site safety management mode,realize the scientific and effective construction safety accident prevention and control,and effectively reduce the incidence of construction safety accidents.The thesis takes the high-rise building project as the research object,combines the current research situation of the safety management of domestic and foreign high-rise building construction,takes the accident-causing theories as the theoretical foundation,and used the methods of text mining,literature research,etc.,this thesis analyzes the causes of high-rise building construction safety accidents,and studies the prevention and control of high-rise building construction safety accidents with information technology and lean production methods.First of all,by collecting the high-rise construction safety accident reports from 31 provinces and municipalities except Hong Kong,Macau and Taiwan,the law of high-rise construction safety accidents is analyzed,five main types of construction safety accidents of high-rise building are obtained.The text mining method is used to draw the cause word cloud map of different accident types,and the main cause of the accident is clearly shown.On this basis,combined with policy and literature research,20 factors are summarized from four aspects of "human,material,management and environment",and the index system of high-rise building construction safety accidents is established.Secondly,through the interview with experts,the relationship among the 20 factors are determined,and then the degree of center,degree of cause,degree of influence and degree of being influenced of the 20 factors are analyzed by the DEMATEL method,the 10 key factors leading to the construction safety accidents are obtained.Then,the hierarchical structure model of the cause of safety incidents in high-rise construction is constructed by using the ISM method,and the location of the critical factors and their correlation with other factors are analyzed.Finally,the application of information technology and lean production method in the field of safety accident prevention and control is analyzed,and the relationship between the application and the key factors is studied in detail.Thirdly,according to the analysis results of the factors causing the construction safety accidents,the information technology and lean production methods are organically combined to construct the overall structure of the construction safety accident prevention and control scheme for high-rise buildings,it is divided into five layers,real-time dynamic data are collected by sensor and other data action devices,and data are connected,integrated,analyzed and applied by support layer,internet of things middleware and BIM,five application-level modules are implemented,including personnel management,material management,equipment management,monitoring and early warning,and on-site safety hidden trouble management,real-time monitoring,positioning and early warning of personnel,materials and equipment on site to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of construction safety accidents.Finally,relying on a high-rise building project,the construction safety accident prevention and control program of high-rise building is verified by an example,and the feasibility and effect of the program are analyzed,it provides the reference for the prevention and control of the highrise building project construction safety accident.
