| Shengma is a kind of regenerated fiber which is made from hemp, the raw material of shengma is natural hemp. Cellulose is obtained from hemp, then gelatin is made and shengma fiber is obtained by spinning.This paper introduces the structure and physical,mechanical properties of shengma fiber in detail, it points out the design points of shengma`s woven products and the characteristics of it`s spinning and weaving technologies. It analyzes testing result of wearing performances of shengma,bamboo pulp and cotton fabric. Using fuzzy synthetic evaluation, we make the objective evaluation and analysis for the characters. Then the paper points out how the factors such as raw materials,fabric structure,specs and so on effects the fabric performances. In addition, this paper analyzes properties of resistance to bacteria of shengma fabric in detail. It indicates that shengma fabric can resist some kinds of bacteria, washing will effect the properties of resistance to bacteria, this property will be weakened with the increasing of number of washing .We can conclude that shengma fabric has fine integration property by study and analysis, it is suitable for summer fabric especially, the fabric will have some special properties such as coolness, quick moisture absorption, air permeability and moisture permeability. Further more, it has particular characters of resisting bacterium. We can conclude that shengma fabric will be used widely, so enhancing study of bamboo fabric applications and development will bring notable economical and social benefit. |
