| Polyester fiber’s moisture absorption and permeability are poor,moisture regain is low, besides,it is not easily dyed,its fabric antistatic performance is low and easily pilled, easily polluted.These seriously affect the extensive application of polyester fiber. Polyester modified polyester fiber is changed the internal composition and the section structure by physical and chemical modification technology, in order to obtain the excellent performances. At present, modified polyester has been widely applied to silk, wool, cotton imitation simulation series, the development and application of the modified polyester cotton imitation products is not yet ripe. This paper analyses the performance of modified polyester cotton imitation fibers and their products.Besides,this paper uses the AHP-F membership fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the modified polyesters,polyester and cotton products, in order to compare the performance of the modified polyester products.This paper mainly studies the three modified polyesters,they are ECDP (benzene between two formic acid glycolester-5-sulfonic acid sodium salt and polyethylene glycol) modified copolyester hollow fiber (No. GP-1), MCDP (benzene between two formic acid glycolester-5-sodium sulfonate and1,2and two methyl propylene glycol) modified copolyester fiber (No. GP-2), HCDP (high levels of benzene between two formic acid glycolester-5-sodium sulfonate) modified copolyester fiber three leaf (No. GP-3).This paper studies three modified polyester fibers moisture regain, internal structure, cross section, birefringence, luster properties and so on, and compares with the correspondding pure polyester, cotton fiber, found that the modified polyester fiber moisture regain is improved, but the strength is weaker than pure polyester; modified polyester fibres’ reflection coefficient is higher than pure polyester and cotton,GP-3fiber’s luster is best. This paper studies the yarns including GP-1, GP-2, GP-3three kinds of modified polyester, polyester and cotton five pure spinning, GP-3modified polyester and cotton blended yarn, GP-3, T80/C20, T65/C35, T35/C65, T20/C80, six cotton yarn. The results show that, modified polyester yarns’ strength is lower than pure polyester;the lustre of modified polyester yarns and pure polyester is similar, but better than cotton; the breaking strength and the elongation of blended yarn decrease with the increasing of GP-3copolymer modified polyester’s percent; copolymerization fiber and cotton blended can well improve the yarns’ reflection of light.Modified polyester fabric’s strength decreased, but the thermal resistance, wicking, permeability, antistatic performance are improved; modified polyester fabric’s gloss is weaker than pure polyester fabric, but higher than pure cotton. In this paper, the latest way of AHP-F membership synthesis is used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of modified polyester fabric,pure cotton and polyester fabric,the main evaluation of different fabric and cotton fabric is in the hygroscopic warm and fabric strength aspects, the modified polyester fabric performances are superior to pure polyester, the best comprehensive properties is GP-1,then GP-2, but with cotton still exists a certain gap, some achievements of polyester modified effect on polyester fabric application has taken. |
