With the rapid development of science and technology, each high technical industries make strict requirements on the clean and security performances of manufacturing environment, therefore the of static and the dust created duting work on the human body must be prevented. Using anti-static and no-dust clothing is one of the primary solutions. The systematic research on the anti-static and dustproof properties and on the degrade of these properties caused by the repeat action and movement in working enviorment could provide referrence to design and production of those kind cloting, which could ensue the functionality of protective clothing and could ensue the safety for both operator and manufacturing processes.Characters of the human body's action and movement in environment of IT industry have been investigated in this research, which includes the rules of action and movement, the range of action and movement. The wearing comfort of operators and appearance of clothing were evaluated and analysedPressure between human body and anti-static and no dust clothing in working environment has also been analysed in this research. The analysis have been given to several anti-static and no dust sample clothing which are widely used in IT industry. AMI3037 tangent pressure meter was used to measure the pressure on different body parts in certain postures. The pressures and the relations between clothing structure and the pressure have also been analysed on the basis of measurement results.The friction property of anti-static and no dust clothing was measured and analyzed. The influences of repeated friction on the anti-static and no dust function of anti-static and no dust clothing were discussed on the basis of experiement results.The research on the stretching property of anti-static and no dust clothing was also carried out. The Finite Element Analytical method have been used to set up the stretching model in critical areas of clothing. According to the stress created from stretches, the influences of repeated stretching on the anti-static and no dust clothing could be obtained and analysed.Result of this reearch could provide some useful information and references about the important factors on structure and measurement design, as well as on fabric choices for relative manufactuers and research groups.
