The application of finite element analysis and structural optimization is significant in shortening the period of production development, increasing the quality of production ,reducing the cost of manufacture and improving the enterprise ability. Static and dynamic characteristics of finite element analysis for the frame of YHC-1000TON hydraulic press are researched in this present dissertation using finite element analysis software ANSYS and some optimal designs of hydraulic press frame structure have been recommended based on the results of analysis.The paper introduced work principle ,structure characteristic ,design method and application range of hydraulic pressure ; introduced the theory and method of structure optimization and FEA ;introduced the status of research and application about the FEA in hydraulic pressure home and overseas . The paper put forward the route of static finite element analysis and structure optimization for the components o f hydraulic pressure ,performed the static finite element analysis of fuselage ,attained the distributing nephogram of stress and strain. The paper executed the structure optimization and amelioration based on the results of static finite element analysis.The paper introduced the basic concept and theory of model analysis and structured dynamic analysis; performed the model analysis of the whole framework of hydraulic pressure and calculated the first eight-rank inherency frequency and corresponding vibratory-type ;analyzed and estimated the first eight-rank inherency frequency and corresponding vibratory-type of hydraulic pressure.The paper introduced analysis of welding of T ,on the base of many analysis results according to infection of the weld height,tilt angle at weld toes,radius of fillet at weld toes to the stress concentration factor, we get the equation by regression analysis ,and compare the equation with the existing equation.
