The main chemical reactions with their kinetics models and physical transformations happened in UCG (Underground Coal Gasification) processes are got base on the study of typical underground coal gasification technique. As to a mini-type underground coal gasification experiment, proper assumptions are given . A coupled fields mathematical model of the experiment is created with its control partial differential equations and side conditions base on the study of material conservation and energy conservation. The mathematical model is solved with different formats on the base of finite difference method. With comparison of different formats in solving and theory analysis, it is concluded that the pre-estimate revise different format is efficient and suitable for the solution of this model.A simulation is processed base on the mini-type underground coal gasification experiment and the calculation value and the experiment value take on a good conformity. It is indicated that the model created can simulate the temperature field and concentration field of different materials in the underground coal gasification oven and the model can be used to guide the experiment and industry. Base on both the simulation and the experiment , it is concluded that with the increase of the gasification channels length the temperature of the oven and the concentration of the combustible coal gas increased, a high-temperature field and long gasification channel is make for the stabilization and increasing of coal gas.
