Study Of Mining Optimization For Jiaojia Gold Mine

As resources-depended enterprise, gold mines are facing the common problems of sustainable development. The mining optimization is always considered as the key task on condition of the available resources. It becomes particularly important for Jiaojia Gold Mine in terms of later-middle stage after 28 years of development.As the part of macro-optimization for mine production, adjusting the production arrangement timely is the major premise of the mining optimization. In this thesis, the production arrangement is demonstrated macroscopically, the necessity is analyzed. Further more, the production scale and certain economic profit under the adjusted arrangement are estimated.On the basis of the general production arrangement, the timely exploitation is required. In this thesis, graphic method and network planning technology are used for the optimization of deep exploitation project. The optimized exploitation planning is made up after regarding the exploitation project as an integrated one. This method, with the thought of integration, can be guidance to the optimization of exploitation and production planning.After discussing the reasons of grade negative variation, certain reasonable modifications are presented in the thesis. Then methods for determining the technical parameters are suggested. Both the model of long-term planning optimization and that of the available ore blending are made up. The optimized annual product schedule resulted from the model provides a basis for the later-middle period of mining.
