With the development of industry 4.0 strategic,steel production will be developed in a direction of intellectualized,high-efficiency and energy-saving.Efficient management will be a valid method for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.Order planning will automatically arrange production schedule according to the customer's order and the actual situation of the factory.The reasonable solution of order planning will realize the high-efficiency and customization of enterprise production management.The three core processes for wire and rod production of steelmaking,continuous casting and rolling steel are studied in this paper.The main work is as follows:1.For steelmaking and continuous casting process,an integer programming model is established on furnaces and cast batching design,and a heuristic algorithm is designed for this problem through furnace planning,casting planning and optimized planning.Genetic algorithm is applied in casting planning to reduce the amount.2.For steel rolling process,according to the different form of roll pass type,the roll pass sequence problem is divided into the traversal of tree and the traveling salesman based on simulated annealing.Based on the result above,the production planning of steel rolling process is divided into three parts roll pass sequence,batching planning and optimized planning which can be solved by heuristic algorithm.3.Considering the supply chain relationship of steelmaking and rolled steel and inventory factors,an integrated optimization algorithm for the iterative calculate of steel-rolled steel is designed.It set the goal of order delivery on time.The furnace planning,casting planning,roll pass sequence,rolling batching planning and the supply chain relationship are all in its restraint.After forming the production plan is to optimize the inventory.The above method can effectively solve the problem of rod-wire ordering planning.4.Based on the research of rod wire production process algorithm,an integration system including material matching,process optimization,frame planning,optimization scheduling,and consultation planning is developed,which realized the integration scheduling from customer's order to factory's production,and improved the level of production management.The developed system is applied to a steel enterprise.After three months of test run,the system can meet the user's demand and verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
