The research has done industrialized study on the Recycling Natrium-alkali via Ion-exchange Membrane Electrolysis FGD Technology,the operation stability and the industrialized feasibility of the technics are studied by the industrialized experiment. By analyzing the result of the industrialized experiment, the best designing and operating parameters for the actual equipment are researched. By noting and analyzing the problem, which were appeared in the industrialized experiment, the ways of solving the problem are researched. Conclusions are:(1) The dust content in the flue gas is 400mg/Nm3 on average. The content is still too high even the flue gas was treated with the electrostatic dust catcher. The high content of the dust can be threatened to the membrane electro dialysis, so it should be paying attention to in the actual technics. The dust removing efficiency of the Quencher can reached 40%. It reduced the dust which will entered the Scrubber remarkably.(2) The temperature of the flue gas is dropped from 80℃to under 65℃after cooled by the Quencher. The damnify to the padding is avoid.(3) The whole desulfurization efficiency of the technics can reach 90%, the desulfurization efficiency of the Quencher can be 10%, and the desulfurization efficiency can be 85%. In the actual tecnics, the desulfurization efficiency of the Quencher should be paying much attention to.(4) The pH of the absorbing liquor in the scrubber and the proportion of the liquor and the gas (L/G) affected the desulfurization efficiency remarkably. They could be regarded as the control parameter. The desulfurization efficiency can reach 90% when the L/G is 34 and the pH of the absorbing liquor in the scrubber is 67.(5) The pretreatment of the absorbing liquor is very important to the whole system. When the press filtrates machine was used as pretreatment equipment, the effect was not very good, it should be improved in the actual technics.(6) The current consistency, the velocity of liquor flows and the concentration of the H2SO4 in the anode electrolyte have great effect to the electro dialysis efficiency.
