| The pollution caused by SO2, nitride and oxide in our country turns out to be very pressing. The nation is devoting a lot of energy on taking care of it. In the eleventh-five-year planning the SO2 is becoming the key point of the environment protection and meanwhile the regulation about SO2 is made specially. The model project of NOX elimination is to be built and the initial plan needs to be made. It's the main trend to implement desulfurizing and NOX elimination at the same time and make a big step in the air pollution controlling. The integration of desulfurizing and NOX elimination is drawing more and more attention. Hence it is quite necessary and urgent to develop a new economical, efficient and simple way to carry it out.The desulfurizing and NOX elimination method of flue gas available now which are carried out by two reactors respectively is based on the different characters of the two of them and they are dealt with separately. This requires a lot of investment on the equipments and running control which is quite complicated. It's not practical to use them. The aim of this thesis is to develop a new technique to implement the desulfurizing and NOX elimination at the same time, which can be quite efficient and meanwhile has advantages in the investment and the operation.First, the present methods of desulfurizing and NOX elimination in and abroad are introduced briefly, the mechanisms of which are studied. And also both their advantages and disadvantages are found out. Based on these information a new method of implementing the two of them at the same time is proposed. In the new method the activated carbon acts as the carrier and worked in the circulating fluidized bed.The experiment system are designed and built in the lab based on the the integration of desulfurizing and NOX elimination. A series of experiments are carried out including the resistance of the grid, the critical circulating fluidizing of the activated carbon, the determination of the components of the flue gas, the control of the flue gas's temperature, the still height of the activated carbon, the circulating fluidizing velocity, the effect of the flue gas's concentration and the criterion of the flue gas analysis etc. These data and results make the foundations of the experiments in the future. |
