L-Alanyl-L-GLutamine is a kind of vein nutritional injection that substitutes L-Glutamine. L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine has good therapeutical effect on parenteral metabolic disease (such as burn/ traumatism/ surgery, acute and chonic infect, medulla transplant and Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome), and immunodeficiency syndrome. Recently the quality of domestic produced L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine exist problems on crystal habit and CSD. Also the reports on the process of L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine crystallization is little. Hence, the systemic study on antisolvent crystallization on L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine was carried out.The X-ray diffraction data for Ala-Gln crystal was collected by X-ray diffraction technique. Using the indexing program TREOR90, the unit cell parameters and space group for Ala-Gln were obtained by the indexing of its diffraction data. Using the software Cerius2, the ideal crystal habit of Ala-Gln under vacuum condition was determined by the BFDH modeling. Also ,the crystal habit of Ala-GLn under condition with compass was determined by AE modeling.The crystallization thermodynamics of Ala-Gln were studied by laser method. The solubility at different solvent ratio and temperature were measured. The metastable zone for crystallization of Ala-Gln was also studied by laser method. The other thermal property of Ala-Gln crystal were measured by DSC and TG.To obtain high quality product mainly on crystal habit and CSD ,the effects of crystallization conditions (such as antisolvent, crystallization temperature, the initial concentration of the solution, seed, breeding time, addition rate of antisolvent,s tir speed and so on) were studied systmetically. As a result, the optimal operation conditions were established.There is no similar report to above study results has been published in literature up to date.
