Glutamine (Gln)is thought as a conditional essential amino acid. Because of the low solubility and the unsteadiness of aqueous solution, the amino acids product inside does not imply the Gln, what makes the Gln application scope to consumedly suffer the restrict. Glycyl- L-glutamine(GQ) and L- alanyl- L- glutamine(AQ)which both are the prodrugs of glutamine found in recent years. The good clinical evaluation of them is thanking for the good solubility, stability in water and easily releasing Gln with hydrolyte's working in vivo.In this paper, the synthesis technology of glutamine dipeptides has been studied based on the reference of literatures and find outed the producing route of an in keeping with industry scale. Glutamine dipeptide was synthesized form glycine through four steps. Such as Z-protection, synthesis of activates ester, condensation, hydrogenation, etc. The overall yield was GQ 30% ,AQ 25% respectively. Every reaction has simple operation, mild reaction condition, cheap cost andgood yield. In addition this text has researched glycyl- L- glutamine synthesis by halide acyl method. And more, we have analyzed and synthesized six relevant substances of glutamine dipeptides.
