Being an inexpensive and common metal, Ni and its complex catalyst systeme has been paid much attention in the past few years with a high degree of efficiency and selectivity. Rh,Pd-catalyzed conjugate addition of organobronic acids toα,β- unsaturated Carbonyl Compounds is an efficient route of C-C bond formation. On the base of successfully studied Ni-catalyzed in this reaction in our group, a deeper and more comprehensive tries have been done in this paper.Additions of organicznic regant to alkyne in the catalyst with Ni complex have been extensively studied and applied. But all the reaction mentioned had been mono- halohydrocarbons, the researcher tried to deal the process that the dihalohydrocarbon attended to the carbon bond formation in order to construct a ring. The synthesis of a five-membered ring leads to a simple and easy method. Currently the cycloadditon with alkyne and organicznic reagent which forms with Zn inserting into 1-bromo-2-(bromomrthyl)-benzene formations a five-membered ring which contains a double bond.
