Transecting machine is an important equipment at the end of the corrugated board product line, its capability is one of the most important factors to the product quality and efficiency. Formerly, transecting machine adopted connecting rod to drive different cam to finfish the transecting assignment. Using this method, the price is low, but the maintenance is quite difficult, also with narrow regulated range. This thesis brings up using electric control to replace mechanism control method. The driving scheme is AC servo added with permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). The math model of the system was established. Emulation was made based on this model. At last, corrugated board transecting machine control system, both of the program and the interface was designed in detail.The synchronously cutting process of the transecting machine was analyzed in detail in this thesis. It was divided into five different conditions according to the relationship between the length of cutting paper and the perimeter of rotor. For the reason of drawback of DC and AC frequency conversion, the system adopted PMSM and AC servo driving method. The math model of the system was established. Based on this model, vector control i_d=0 and sliding model control were been chosen as control scheme to do some emulation. Without load, variable system parameter and step load emulation were made according to the technics. The result proved that sliding model control has the advantage of without speed overshoot and robustness.With the emulation result, both hardware and software of the transecting machine motion control system was designed in detail. B&R motion control scheme was introduced. The advanced AC servo ACOPOS and PMSM, electronic cam, added with Ethernet powerink, synchronously cutting will come true. Then both of the program and the human machine interface was designed in detail. The experiment was made in the lab, the result matches the technics analysis absolutely, which proved that the scheme was feasible.
