In recent years, with the development of the domestic steel industry and theimprovement of customers quality requirements on the plate, besides, overseasmanufacturers blockade the straightening machine hydraulic cylindersynchronization control technology,this will pose a challenge to the domesticstraightening machine hydraulic cylinder synchronization control stability, highaccuracy, synchronization error is small and fast these basic requirements. Thus,successfully dealing with the comprehensive control problem of straighteningmachine hydraulic cylinder, can improve the straightening machine stableoperation, also have the positive significance for improvement and platestraightening quality.This article mainly deal with two aspects, the first is the research onsynchronization control algorithm of straightening machine hydraulic pressureservo system. First, setting up4300mm eleven roller straightening machinehydraulic pressure servo system model, and the model was reduced to simplifythe design for the controller, and then through the hydraulic servosynchronization control algorithm at home and abroad to study, establishsynchronization algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization of two degreeof freedom internal model control, the algorithm is not only simple in structurethe control parameter is only two,but with the previous one degree of freedom,two degree of freedom control can be independently regulated target followingcharacteristics, the interference suppression performance and robustness, theperformance of all aspects of the system can achieve the best.The second is the synchronization control strategy using FM458-1DPcontroller of hydraulic pressure servo system. FM458-1DP closed loop controlfunction module of SIEMENS, the strong computing ability, the implementationof the system in a short period to complete a complex algorithm at the sametime, still can meet the real-time control. Finally, by comparing theexperimental data can be obtained, using FM458-1DP as the hardware controlsubjects, PSO optimization of two degree of freedom internal model control hydraulic straightening as the core algorithm of pressure straightening machineservo system, the four cylinder synchronous error system0.43mm, the finalsteady state is0.06mm, fully meet the requirements of the synchronization errorof5mm field technical requirements of positioning, steady precision of0.1mm,indicating that this system is more suitable for the straightening machineautomation equipment, and improve the plate straightening quality and promotethe progress of the iron and steel industry.
