| In oil mining process, it is easy to lead to paraffin depositing which causes the phenomenon that the oil well's output reduces, even stops. Daqing Oil Field has consumed massive energy and money for water heating, as well as other ways, to guard against paraffin depositing for crude oil transportation. Magnetic processing is now widely applied to guard against paraffin depositing because of its outstanding characteristics, such as, equipments easy to be fixed and operated, non-pollution, low cost, can effectively enhance the fluid of crude oil in pipe line. But at present, researchers haven't understood thoroughly the factors and the mechanism of how magnetism affects paraffin depositing. It causes the electromagnetic equipments using for paraffin deposit preventing and diluting aren't versatile.In view of this situation, this paper studies the major factors of paraffin depositing and using magnetism to guard against paraffin depositing, and discusses the mechanism of them. Based on the factors found and three recognized theories of mechanism about using magnetism to guard against paraffin depositing, which include the DLVO theory, Magnetism leading to molecules arranging themselves orientation theory and Magnetic induction resonating theory, this paper develops one kind of electromagnetic equipment using for paraffin deposit preventing and diluting, which is able to produce cocurrent pulsating magnetic field and alternating magnetic field having different intensity and frequency, and uses them to do laboratory and field experiments.Laboratory experiments use electromagnetic equipments using for paraffin deposit preventing and diluting to guard against and dilute the depositing paraffin in the crude oil under static condition. The paper has studied the curves of viscosity-temperature before and after magnetic processing of the homogeneous oil type as well as the different oil types, the maintenance time of the effect of magnetic processing, the effects of magnetic intensity, frequency, magnetic processing time to viscosity reducing, and so on. Through doing massive laboratory experiments and using existing theories to analyze the laboratory experiments'results, the paper obtains the rules of paraffin depositing and the rules of using magnetism for paraffin deposit preventing and diluting.In the field experiments, this paper chooses 4 similar wells to test the electromagnetic equipments using for paraffin deposit preventing and diluting, which have different parameters. And through comparing the results of experiments, it selects the optimal coil type and magnetic field parameters, to develop the optimal prototype, and carries it on producing experiment. The result of optimal prototype's producing experiment indicates that, the designation experimental oil well is able to produce stably and does not have the phenomenon that pipe line is stopped up by deposited paraffin without water heating.Finally, this paper analyses the results of laboratory experiments and field experiments, compares the effects of using magnetism to guard against paraffin deposit and reduce its viscosity under different conditions, obtains the further rules of using magnetism for paraffin deposit preventing and diluting. And it makes energy and economic analysis for the developed electromagnetic equipment using for paraffin deposit preventing and diluting, the result of the analysis showed its low energy consumption and significant economic value. |
