Research On Vector Contronl Of AC Servo System Of CNC System

With the developed of electric, computer technology and Control theory, AC motors used more and more in motion control systems, especially in servo drive field. AC servo system is becoming the main current of motion control systems. And, AC servo system applied broadly in servo subsystem which as the key component of CNC. So it's an urgently problem to research and develop the servo system with high-performance to Satisfy the requests of CNC.As an advanced control method, vector control developed on the basis of electric motor theory, Electromagnetism energy. It simplified and decoupled the AC Motor's model. Vector control can gain the outstanding performance, and be the main current control method in AC servo system at present.In the thesis, the mathematic model of AC Motor is analysed, the method of vector control is studied. Then, on the base of magnetic field theory, the vector coordinate transformation matrix is deduced, and the mathematic model of vector control is deduced at last.Secondly, according to the vector control method, the structure and mathematic model of the AC servo system of PMSM and induce motor are analysed respectively, the parts of the systems are designed also. So, the entire vector control system of PMSM and IM are built respectively.Then, the vector control system designed above is simulated by PSB of Simulink, the static and dynamic performance of the system are analysed. The simulation of the system verify the design is reasonable and feasible, and also verify the performance of the AC vector control system is excellent.At last, by research on servo system of open CNC, point out that control the servo system by IPC with the OS of Windows&RTX, and the scheme's feasibility is expounded and proven. According to the above research of vector control, the software of vector control is programmed by visual C++. It is the beneficial prior study of the tactics'open of servo control of CNC.
