In recent years,with the rapid development of foreign trade industry in China,the textile and garment industry has also been developed,which leads to a new cycle of prosperity for the sewing machinery industry.Industrial sewing machine is one of the most important equipment in textile and garment industry.In recent years,due to the low investment of most enterprises in technology research and the serious shortage of scientific research force,the ability to independently develop new products and massively produce high-end products is lacked.Many products are mainly imitated from similar foreign products,but lack of products with independent intellectual property rights.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a low cost,stable,functional industrial sewing machine servo control system.Based on the comprehensive research of servo control system of industrial sewing machine,the research situation in this field at home and abroad is analyzed.The research and design of a servo control system are presented.Three aspects are mainly included.Maxwell and Simplorer are used to simulate BLDCM in servo system.Firstly,the research model of BLDCM is established in Maxwell software.Then circuit driver model in Simplorer software is built.Finally,the simulation evaluation of BLDCM in terms of output power,torque,loss and speed is realized by running co-simulation.Moreover,the simulation data of the motor and the actual running parameters of the motor are compared and analyzed.In terms of control algorithm,Matlab software is used to conduct model and simulation of BLDCM.Double closed-loop control algorithm of speed and current is adopted to analyze the feasibility and fast response of the algorithm in theory.The hardware circuit of BLDCM control system has been built.The built circuit is composed of BLDCM controller,Hall position sensor circuit,human-computer interface circuit,among which BLDCM controller is composed of power filtering andrectifier circuit,the electric surge current circuit,IGBT drive circuit,bus current sampling circuit,hall signal conditioning circuit,single chip microcomputer minimum system circuit,etc.The control program of DC BLDCM is compiled by Renesas CS+ comprehensive compilation platform,by which the functions of BLDCM,such as fast start,stable operation,fast response to load change,rapid braking,repeated start and stop,blocked rotor protection,over-current protection,short circuit protection and power protection can be realized.Motor parameters can be set through the human-computer interface and the real motor running state.Finally,the software and hardware of the system are tested,and the results show that the established technical objectives are achieved,and some mass production work is carried out.
