This article combines construction of aluminum and the aluminum alloy electroplate craft automatic production line, and it discusses the technical character of electroplate craft production line and automatic control system design. It also develops the electroplate craft line automatic control system based on the DCS. This system is mainly composed by the supervisory computer, the PLC control system and locate intelligence monitoring device and so on, the system make the electroplate craft line be controlled dispersedly and managed intensively. It also elaborates the integral construction of DCS control system, and gives a detail elaboration for the design and development of the supervisory software and Systematic communication.In the aluminum and the aluminum alloy electroplate craft automatic production system, the bath solution temperature is the very important parameter, contrapose the bath solution, makes key research of temperature controlling strategy. Under the control of bath solution temperature has features of inertia, pure lag and non-determinacy, so the paper proposes the forecast fuzzy PID control strategy, in order to make it enhance the production quality.In this paper, it gives a detail for deals with using the Simulink tool in Matlab, give the simulation experiment on the forecast fuzzy PID control system of bath solution temperature. The simulation result has confirmed the robustness and validity of this control strategy and has the value of popularization and application.
