| With the diversification of decoration and the improvement of living standards, indoor environmental safety issues take more cause for concern.Because dust mite may cause all kinds of allergic diseases and endanger human health and take impact on the quality of human life,the indoor environmental problems caused by dust mites become the new focus of study.This paper is dust mites pollution survey to the university campuse of Northeast Normal University .Through this survey ,the paper sum up distribution of indoor dust mites on University campus in cold Northeast, find related factors of dust mites and explore in the prevention and treatment of effective methods and measures for indoor dust mites of the university campus.Methods: This paper is mainly used in vacuum cleaning method. The experiment collected dust by Haier Z-500 mini-cyclone vacuum cleaners from the premises of the campus,in constant temperature and humidity conditions, the dust will be taken into dust-like antigen extract and then examined under a microscope by NIKON SMZ 800 and take a record of the number of dust mites from all dust samples , finally calculated for density and the detection rate of each kind of dust mite .The experimental study concluded that:(1) The dust mite distribution of indoor and outdoor is significantly.The biggest difference in density of dust mites is up to 116 times.(2) The indoor dust mites are the characteristics of seasonal change. The dust of Spring is a minimum detection rate of 3.4%,then a detection rate of dust of the fall is up to 36.0%.(3) The distribution of the dust mite is different on the campus premises. The detection rate of dust mites are three of the the top ,library(100%), bath (75%), museum of university(66.7%).(4)The different towards and floors of the house are also different the density of indoor dust mites.The the house of westward direction for the highest density of dust mites is 138 / g, followed by the Housing of east (98 / g), the housing-density dust mites is a minimum of 86 / g by the direction of taward sun. The low-rise housing density of dust mites ( 86 / g) is higher than high-rise housing (70 / g).(5)The dust mite detection rate of the boys dormitory is slightly higher than the girls dormitory. The dust mite detection rate of boys dormitory is 27.13%, the dust mite detection rate of girls dormitory is 22.06 %.(6) The decoration materials and clean habits is differences , the housing density of dust mites is differences. In a variety of decorative materials, the density of the dust mite of the carpets(341 / g) is the highest, the density of dust mites of the floor(70 / g) is the lowest. With the extension of clean, dust mites of clothes detected, when it lands limits (150-250 only / g), the density of dust mites instead of declining. |
