Aluminum ingot continuous casting machine is a large automatic equipment of aluminum ingot continuous casting which set mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic integrated. The machine is made up of chute, casting machine, hydraulic station, stacker, cooling transport machine, finished transport machine, pneumatic implementation of devices, control system which ensure the casting process work harmoniously,stably and reliably is the key part of casting process. Based on craftwork requirement of casting machine, this thesis make the research on process control,system design and realization project. Especially, make the analysis,research and simulation in control method and control strategy on casting process of aluminum ingot which is the key technique of casting quality .In view of the characteristic of control which require fast response> control of high accuracy, the control system of new type aluminum ingot casting machine based on pioneer's research is designed in this paper, and the fuzzy control is applied to the device which jam the mouth of the furnace up to control the flux of the liquid aluminum. As a project program of application, the detail hardware design of the control system, the selection of the measure and control equipment and the design of the partial systematic software are given in the paper, and the specific treatment in anti-interference of the system was also given.Considered the problem of low casting accuracy in application of Aluminum ingot casting machine, two feasible improved projects are proposed in the paper. One of these is that variable universe fuzzy controller takes the place of the traditional fuzzy controller and improve the casting-accuracy by the advantage of high accuracy control in the variable universe fuzzy controller; the other project is adding the Human-simulating intelligent PID controller in the traditional controller to form the two-double controller which improve the casting-accuracy.
