Die-casting machine is the important equipment used to process alloy castings with complex shapes. Real-time pressure control during injection process of die-casting machine is crucial to obtain good quantity and high accuracy. Based on the features of die casting, I design a variable universe adaptive fuzzy controller, in order to improve the speed and accuracy of pressure control.The text explains the working principle of Die Casting Machine, and focused on analyzing the characteristics of the die casting machine control pressure control system, working methods and the characteristics of the control method currently used. I analyzed the method of variable universe adaptive fuzzy control,introduced specific steps to realize it. In the paper I analyzed the superiority compare to the PID Control algorithm and Traditional fuzzy control, and completed simulation.Finally, according to the feather of die casting pressure control system which is nonlinear and time delay, I design counterpart's variable universe adaptive fuzzy controller. And I use the Matlab's simulink toolbar to complete this system feasibility study. Meanwhile I take the simulation results compare to the PID control and traditional fuzzy control's simulation results. The result of the simulating study indicated that the control arithmetic has the height stable precision and strong robustness.
