| The harmful substance in Chinese Medicinal Herbs mainly includes pesticide, heavy metal, microorganism, etc. The existence of these harmful susbstance not only lower the quality of Chinese medicinal material, but also reduce its competitive power in international market and export trade.Heavy metal pollution in production of Chinese Medicinal Herbs is an important issue to be resolved. This work investigate on heavy metal pollution in Gardenia jasminoides Eills.,Citrus aurantium L.,Plantago asiatica L. and their cultivated soils in Xingan Country of Jiangxi Province. The experiment use ICP-AES to mensure the heavy metal and BCR method to analyse the chemical form. We make the comprehensive evaluation and linear analysis from the experimental data, as follows:1. Compared with Environmental Quality Standard for soils, GB-15618-1995, a few pollution index of Cu,Zn and As of the soil of Chinese Medicinal Herbs base in Xingan Country overproof, the No.1 base of Gardenia jasminoides Eills., No.1 and No.3 bases of Citrus aurantium L.and No.3 base of Plantago asiatica L. are at the level of alertness; The quality of Xingan Chinese herbal medicines soil accord with the demand for GAP;Compared with soil monitoring results in 2002, Gardenia jasminoides Eills and Citrus aurantium L can change their cultivated soils quality of Pb,but no impaction in As.2.The exceeding standard rate of all Chinese Medicinal Herbs is 0%;The order of average pollution index of Chinese Medicinal Herbs is Cu>As>Pb.The average pollution indexes of Cu,As,Pb are all under 1,only the pollution indexs of Cu of Plantago asiatica L.is closed to 1,and we should pay attention to this data; The synthetic pollution indexes of Chinese Medicinal Herb are all not under 1,that is to say, these there kinds of Chinese Medicinal Herbs has been not polluted by heavy metals.3. Correlation analysis of soils indicated that there were significantly correlations at the 0.01 level between Zn and Pb in soils, and significant positive correlations at the 0.05 level between As and Pb,Zn and As in soils. The Correlation coefficient between Zn and Pb is 0.879.Correlation analysis of Chinese Medicinal Herb indicated that there are not evident correlations among the content of the heavy metal except Cu and Zn.The correlation coefficient of Cu and Zn equals 0.734 at 0.05 level ,which is the max one.4. The enrichment capabilities of Chinese herbal medicines on the soil of Cu are greatest, and the capabilities of As is weakest; Overall, the enrichment capabilities of Plantago asiatica L. is stronger than Gardenia jasminoides Eills. and Citrus aurantium L. ;The leaf of Plantago asiatica L. is impacted easilier by heavy metals than contect of other parts, Gardenia jasminoides Eills. and Citrus aurantium L. have similar transferred characteristics and not be impacted by other parts which like Plantago asiatica L.We should pay attention to transference and impact of heavy metals in soils of Plantago asiatica L. and then to prevent Plantago asiatica L.1 from heavy metals pollution.5. Cu mainly exist in effective fractions and others heavy metals mainly exist in residual fraction, this distribution can difficult to produce toxic effect on biology; Plantago asiatica L. has strong absorption capacity on exchangeable and carbonate form of Cu, Citrus aurantium L. has strong absorption capacity on iron/manganese form of As and strongest absorption capacity on exchangeable and carbonate form of Pb. |
