| As coal is the most important foundation energy,it has a strategic status in the national economy.In recent years,coal mine accident occurs in our country at a high frequency.It makes huge person fatality and brings great loss in economy.Consequently the safe production becomes an urgent problem in our country.The safety-monitoring intelligent helmet designed in this paper can continuously monitor the CH4,CO,H2S and temperature in ambient environment with a high accuracy and reliability.It can also transfer the measured data to monitoring center through nRF2401.It has functions such as data local-display,data local-store,alarm parameter-set and acousto-optic alarm.This dissertation proposed a whole system concept that integrates many kinds of environment parameter supervisory system on the miner's helmet.The design thought of miniaturization and low power loss are introduced.The design requirement and principle of the miner safety-monitoring intelligent helmet are expounded systematically.The hardware design is proposed,which is mainly composed of detecting circuit and signal processing circuit about CH4,CO,H2S and temperature,the power circuit,the embed microprocessor, the keyboard circuit,the display circuit,the alarm circuit and the wireless data transmission circuit.The software is completely compiled.According to the software,the system can give an alarm when the measured parameter surpasses the warned value.And it can turn to the power save mode.The zero point and accuracy are calibrated.According to the situation of the mine shaft,the measure of anti-interference and reducing system's power are proposed.The test result shows that this system reaches the design requirement in fundamental error,response time,warning performance and so on.This system satisfies the request of the miniaturization,the low power loss and the function expanding easily,offering a new device to accident test and early forecast. |
